Lean Agile Group specializes in improving business processes and change management. They offer coaching, top training courses and consultancy services.

The close-knit team of 25 people and the part-time office dog is growing both professionally with 3 training locations and in number of people. As we speak, they are moving to their brand new location in Zoetermeer. A new start for them. For you too?

The backoffice team, which deals with administration, finance and marketing, among other things, consists of 5 colleagues. They are a bit too busy and that is why we are looking for a Backoffice Employee.

Job description | What will you do?

Unburdening, providing service, energy and hospitality: you have it all in your DNA! As a backoffice employee/office manager, you work together with your backoffice colleagues and together you form the linchpin of this organization. The consultants regularly drop by and no day is the same here, there is always hustle and bustle and conviviality.

Your role includes:

  • Organizing and facilitating various training courses.
  • You are the first point of contact for customers; you receive them and answer their questions by phone, email and chat.
  • You take care of the agenda management and planning of appointments.
  • You unburden the consultants and MT members.
  • Keeping training information up-to-date on various platforms.
  • Arranging locations and catering for training courses.
  • Office management of the Amsterdam, Doorn and Zoetermeer locations.
  • Organizing team events.
  • And above all: the training courses are the core business of the organization and you ensure that they run smoothly from A to Z!

Job requirements | What do you bring with you?

  • You work at mbo+/hbo level.
  • You are a flexible, hospitable and social colleague who enjoys unburdening the team.
  • You have a good knowledge of Office365. GRIPP and digital planning systems are used; it is nice if you can work with them.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
  • You have an affinity with the consultancy sector and preferably experience in a similar function.
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week. Every Monday starts with a team meeting, where all tasks are divided.

In short: You are an enterprising, open and no-nonsense colleague who enjoys being part of a professional and informal team where there is plenty of room for fun and coziness!

Working conditions | What is offered?

  • A varied and comprehensive role.
  • 1 day per week working from home if you want.
  • Attractive working conditions such as flexible working hours, training opportunities and a good salary of up to €3,750,- based on 40 hours and depending on your experience.
