About Us
Lean Agile Group is a fast-growing organization specializing in process improvement and change management. We assist organizations in achieving lasting improvements through training, coaching, and implementation. Lean Six Sigma Group organizes Lean trainings, while Agile Working focuses on Agile trainings. Lean Agile Group is the overarching name under which we provide consulting services. We are a small, close-knit family team, aiming to foster a continuous improvement culture, including internally! With 25 employees and five FD Gazelle awards, we are transitioning from a small company to a professional organization with well-established processes supported by appropriate systems.
We share a passion for Lean and Agile methodologies, striving to deliver maximum value to our clients. Our Agile approach means we regularly have day or week starts together. We also have monthly office days where we collaboratively work on the organization’s strategy.
