Sales & Relationship Manager Lean/Agile

Building on our Lean training programs, there is significant potential to implement strategic initiatives using Lean and Agile techniques for our clients. We have been active in the market for 12 years and have built an extensive network. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, which is why many clients return. With an average annual growth of 10%, we are ready for expansion. Therefore, we are looking for a driven Sales & Relationship Manager to strengthen our team.

What You Will Do

As a Sales & Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and maintaining our client relationships, with the freedom to implement your own ideas.

You will monitor developments in our current and completed client projects, including the challenges faced by training participants. With these insights, you will understand where needs lie and convert them into successful sales trajectories.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new opportunities with both new and existing accounts;
  • Analyzing client history and generating new leads or sales opportunities;
  • Successfully handling the quotation process for incoming leads;
  • Working closely with our management team to ensure our services align with client needs and that they are timely involved in the sales process.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar commercial role and ideally within consultancy or business services;
  • Has an affinity or experience with process optimization; knowledge of Lean and/or Agile is a plus but not required;
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Is proactive, result-oriented, and independent;
  • Is fluent in both English and Dutch.
