Measures your ability to apply Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma
The Green Belt exam tests your in-depth knowledge of Lean, Agile and Six Sigma.
You will be assessed on your ability not only to understand the key concepts, tools and analysis techniques, but also to apply them independently within complex improvement projects.
Once a month, we offer the opportunity to take an exam in person at one of our locations (The Hague, Amsterdam, or Doorn). You can find the available dates and locations here in the training agenda on our website. If you prefer to take the exam online, please contact our office. They can provide you with more information and arrange an appointment for you.

After the Green Belt training you are able to carry out improvement projects in your own environment independently. As a Green Belt you work on improvement initiatives in a project-based way: process improvements and change processes within the organisation. You are expected to aim for a concrete and demonstrable improvement for the initiative.
The level of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is comparable to bachelor level. Prior education in Lean is not required for this course.
The full Green Belt course at Lean Six Sigma Group takes 7 days. It is also possible to follow the 5-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt bootcamp.
A Green Belt is someone who leads improvement projects. They analyse a process in the organisation, look at the causes, and implement and secure the best solution.
A Green Belt training is a course that trains you to become a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Using the Lean Agile and Six Sigma method, you learn how to lead improvement projects in your organisation as a project leader. You analyse the process and implement improvements with a demonstrable result.
