The Black Belt exam tests your expert-level mastery of Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma.
You will be assessed on your ability not only to deeply understand advanced concepts, tools, and analysis techniques, but also to drive complex improvement initiatives, lead teams, and deliver strategic transformation independently.
Once a month, we offer the opportunity to take an exam in person at one of our locations (The Hague, Amsterdam, or Doorn). You can find the available dates and locations here in the training agenda on our website. If you prefer to take the exam online, please contact our office. They can provide you with more information and arrange an appointment for you.

Yes, we also offer a theory exam and/or practical certification separately for participants who have not followed a training programme at Lean Six Sigma Group. It is important to determine in advance whether the programme followed fits our exam. To find out, please contact us at [email protected]

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course at Lean Six Sigma Group costs €6,790. It is a 15-day training. Training materials, two coaching sessions, catering and the certificate of participation are included in the price.
The Black Belt course teaches you the skills to guide a Lean deployment and to lead and coach improvement projects. You also learn to coach executives and managers on continuous improvement. In addition, you gain the knowledge and practical experience to become a subject-matter expert in Lean Six Sigma.
