Implementation
What is implementation?Implementation is the introduction of an improvement in an organization. The goal is that the innovation or change becomes part of the daily activities and that the people within the organization will start thinking and acting in accordance with the intentions of the change.
Commonly used methodologies in implementations
In an implementation, we often work with the Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies, which strive for a continuous improvement organization. A start is made on determining the added value for the customer and then the processes and how they create customer value are looked at in the so-called value stream. By doing this, it becomes clear where the waste is and an improved flow process can be created.
