Elske Heeren

Elske is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator with an extensive background in Lean management and complex change processes within the healthcare sector. She worked for many years as a Master Black Belt at Maastricht University Medical Centre+, where she led the Operational Excellence programme. This programme aimed to transform into a Lean organisation, including process optimisations and training throughout the hospital, from top management to workfloor.
