Yellow Belt Training

The Yellow Belt training is an excellent introduction to Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma. After completing this training, you’ll understand what Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma are and how you can contribute to an improvement project. It’s an effective way to gain insight into processes.

The following topics are covered:

  • What is Lean, what is Six Sigma, what is Agile, and how do these methods complement each other?
  • The phases of the DMAIC methodology: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
  • Learn the basics of change management.
  • Identifying waste (Muda) in processes.

This training focuses on the essence of Lean Six Sigma. In a short time, all aspects of Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma will be covered. We will collectively translate these concepts into your own practice and the processes in which you are involved.

This course is particularly well-suited for introducing your team to the Lean Six Sigma methodology in a short time. We are happy to create a tailor-made In-company training for your team.

Certificate of participation

There is no exam associated with the Yellow Belt training. After attending the training you will receive the certificate of participation ‘Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt’.
