Belt Exam

Once a month, we offer the opportunity to take an exam in person at one of our locations (The Hague, Amsterdam, or Doorn). You can find the available dates and locations here in the training agenda on our website. If you prefer to take the exam online, please contact our office. They can provide you with more information and arrange an appointment for you.

Yes, we also offer a theory exam and/or practical certification separately for participants who have not followed a training programme at Lean Six Sigma Group. It is important to determine in advance whether the programme followed fits our exam. To find out, please contact us at info@leansixsigmagroep.nl

• For the Green Belt exam, you have two hours. For the Black Belt exam, a maximum of three hours;
• You may use your theory book as a reference during the exam, as well as any personal summaries and/or notes;
• For the Green Belt exam on location, you may use a calculator. For an online Green Belt exam, you may also use the calculator on your laptop. During the Black Belt exam, you may additionally use Microsoft Excel or Minitab.
• We aim to inform participants of their exam results within one week.
