Karel Groendijk

Karel has many years of experience leading and advising major transformations around the world in the areas of Lean, Agile and Operational Excellence. With experience in sectors such as transportation, logistics, rail, aviation, insurance and manufacturing, he has a broad background and a large toolbox of best practices in transformations and leadership. In recent years he has developed further in the area of leadership within transformations and creating Lean operating systems. With a no nonsense attitude, analytical mind, sharp humor and lots of energy, he quickly connects with both board room and shopfloor while always keeping the goal to be achieved in mind.
