Consultant & Trainer Lean/Agile

We are immediately looking for a Consultant & Trainer for 24 to 40 hours per week

Lean Six Sigma Groep is a rapidly growing organization where you can unleash your creativity and ideas. We have been in business for 10 years and have grown into a training and consultancy firm with 20 employees and a diverse client base. We have been recognized as an FD Gazelle four times, marking us as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. Recently, we have launched two new brands, Agile Werken and Lean Agile Groep, to successfully integrate Lean and Agile practices.

Our team consists of 20 colleagues: consultants and office staff in Zoetermeer. We aim to embed continuous improvement in organizations and make it truly work. You will be able to quickly understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and effectively apply and communicate Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies through coaching, workshops, and training. With your knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile tools and your strong social and communication skills, you can engage both management and staff.

As a Consultant & Trainer with our organization, you will have varied and responsible work in the areas of training, coaching, and implementing Lean Six Sigma and Agile.

• You will implement Lean and Agile at our clients, increase their knowledge level, and offer new insights, such as setting up Obeya rooms and conducting Quick Scans;
• You will provide Lean Six Sigma and Agile training at various locations;
• You will quickly understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and effectively apply and communicate Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies through coaching, workshops, and training;
• You will have the responsibility and freedom to realize your ideas around Lean and Agile, making your role varied and dynamic.

Your Qualities:

• You strive for continuous improvement and help clients achieve this goal;
• You are communicatively skilled and empathetic, understanding and meeting client needs;
• You have experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile and their implementation;
• You possess strong social and communication skills, able to convince both management and staff;
• You are commercially savvy, capable of finding new clients and assignments, contributing to our organization’s growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s level of thinking and working, with Green or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and Agile certification;
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile, with consultancy experience being a strong plus;
• Proven enthusiasm and success with Lean and Agile projects;
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile training and coaching;
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented;
• Affinity with both methodologies is a plus, enabling you to advise on their integration and positioning. Ideally, you are a Scrum Master or Product Owner; if not, we offer training opportunities;
• Flexibility to work with different clients and at various locations; this makes the role exciting but also demands flexibility.
