The Orange Belt course is 1,5 days. The days are consecutive and start each from 9 am till 5 pm.
In the Orange Belt training course, you will learn the basics of Lean, Agile and Six Sigma. You will be introduced to the 5 phases of Lean Six Sigma: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control (DMAIC). During the training, you will practice these phases using a case.
