Welcome! As an ING employee, you can enroll in one of the following training programs with us.
Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt training
Lean Six Sigma (Module ID: NLHR1090004)
This training is designed to prepare you for the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification. Upon completion, you will be able to actively contribute to improving efficiency within the ING organization. Additionally, the theoretical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma will be enriched with ING-specific practical applications. This training is relevant for anyone involved in improvement projects. No prior education is required. The level of this training is comparable to higher professional education (HBO). More details can be found in the brochure.
The training lasts 2 days. The next available Orange Belt training sessions are scheduled for:

This training is designed to prepare you for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Upon completion, you will be able to actively contribute to improving efficiency within the ING organization. Additionally, the theoretical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma will be enriched with ING-specific practical applications. This training is particularly aimed at (potential) improvement project leaders, managers involved in improvement projects, accountants, controllers, (internal) consultants, and process improvement specialists. Lean Six Sigma (Module ID: NLHR1090003)
This training is designed to prepare you for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Upon completion, you will be able to actively contribute to improving efficiency within the ING organization. Additionally, the theoretical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Lean Agile will be enriched with ING-specific practical applications. This training is particularly aimed at (potential) improvement project leaders, managers involved in improvement projects, accountants, controllers, (internal) Green Belts, consultants, and/or process improvement specialists. No prior education is required. The level of this training is comparable to higher professional education (HBO). More details can be found in the brochure.
The training lasts 15 days and is divided into three blocks of 4 and 5 days each. There is approximately one month between each block, allowing ample time to apply learned concepts in a real-life improvement project within ING. Additionally, homework assignments will be given, which must be presented in the following block.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt trainingen
Lean Six Sigma (Module ID: NLHR1090002)
This training is designed to transition you from a Green Belt to a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Upon completion, you will be able to actively contribute to improving efficiency within the ING organization. Additionally, the theoretical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma will be enriched with ING-specific practical applications. This training is particularly aimed at (potential) improvement project leaders, managers involved in improvement projects, accountants, controllers, (internal) Green Belts, consultants, and/or process improvement specialists. No prior education is required. The level of this training is comparable to higher professional education (HBO). More details can be found in the brochure.
The training lasts 8 days and is divided into four blocks of 2 days each. There is approximately 1.5 weeks between each block, providing sufficient time to apply learned concepts in a real-life improvement project within ING. Additionally, homework assignments will be given, which must be presented in the following block.
