Arthur Dieffenthaler

Arthur Dieffenthaler is an energetic and versatile senior consultant who successfully moves organizations forward.

During his long international career at Air France KLM, he has held various roles including operational consultant and senior leadership positions such as General Director East Africa in Kenya and Commercial Director West Africa in Nigeria. In his last role as Director Innovation & Development, he developed the strategy and innovation agenda for KLM inflight services.

Thanks to his extensive experience and broad background in lean, six sigma, agile and design thinking, Arthur knows better than anyone how to implement change effectively and successfully within organizations.
